New Author Shelley Coulter Joins the Girl in Charge Public Relations Client Roster

LOS ANGELES, CA – New author Shelley Coulter brings her children’s book series “The Life Lessons of Nana and Niyla” to Girl in Charge Public Relations.  The books are beautifully illustrated and speak to all generations about the importance of building strong family bonds.  The series will include 7 books, with the first to be launched in the summer of 2017. 

With over 20 years of experience, Coulter is a change agent for non-for-profit organizations across the country.  She is known in the sector for her energetic personality and result driven skills.  It is not unusual for Shelley’s input to  increase an organizations financial growth by 150%, by way of increased diversified funding sources, systematized and improved efficiency internally and sustained community as well as business partnerships for the success of the organization.

A graduate of Ashford University Forbes Business School, she received her BA and Masters Degrees in Organizational Leadership /Business and did so as an adult after her children completed college. 

Now adding published author to her long list of accomplishments, Coulter saw a need to bridge the ever expanding gap in family units today so she wrote “The Life Lessons of Nana and Niyla.”   The books are an easy and delightful read.  They help to build life-long learners and teach young parents how to roll back the years to when grandparents were a positive and welcome inclusion in raising their grandchildren while providing invaluable experience and passing on important family traditions.  The first of 7 books is scheduled to be released in the summer of 2017.
